My personal recovery story overcoming debilitating issues
I share my journey openly because I want my clients to see that - with a personalised, root-cause approach, healing is possible. That you can also flourish, like me with ADHD (you can read more about my story here). Moreover, I no longer live with PMDD- premenstrual dysphoric disorder which I had since 15.

My approach focuses on transformations, not quick fixes. By addressing imbalances in brain function, the nervous system, hormones, and metabolism- areas that are often compromised by chronic stress, my tailor-made plans enhance resilience, improve wellbeing, and reduce inflammation and other imbalances commonly associated with chronic illness.
I also place strong emphasis on gut health, because the gut–brain connection is central to both physical and mental health.
