Precision nutrition & functional medicine
Health is multi-faceted. That’s why I use functional medicine (root cause medicine) to uncover what’s really driving your symptoms. It looks at the body as an interconnected system. Your gut, hormones, brain, metabolism, and immune system don’t work in isolation, and neither should your health plan. This means identifying and addressing underlying imbalances, rather than masking them.
My approach is strengthened with health coaching, so you feel motivated, supported, and able to achieve lasting results. Where needed, I also use cutting-edge lab testing and even nutrigenomics (genetic testing) to help identify hidden imbalances and speed up results.

I understand how busy life is. That’s why I work with you to create a realistic plan that suits YOU and your lifestyle, which is even suitable for those of you who don’t enjoy cooking. And I also provide practical tools to overcome barriers such as emotional eating, sugar cravings and low motivation, so you can build a balanced, positive relationship with food and health.

My personal recovery story overcoming debilitating issues
I share my journey openly because I want my clients to see that - with a
personalised, root-cause approach, healing is possible. That you can also flourish, like me with ADHD (you can read more about my story here). Moreover, I no longer live with PMDD- premenstrual dysphoric disorder which I had since 15.

that are often compromised by chronic stress, my tailor-made plans enhance resilience, improve wellbeing, and reduce inflammation and other imbalances
commonly associated with chronic illness.
