Regular Online Breathwork Classes
These classes are for everyone available via Breathe Membership! No previous experience necessary. The benefits of Breathwork are huge, but they come with having a regular practice.

ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE

You can join from the comfort of your own home, make that commitment to yourself to engage in a regular practice.
Mondays 9-9.30pm — Relaxing Breathwork.
Fridays 9.30-10am — Energising Breathwork.
