Service Description

You can talk to Kirsten about your health challenges and what has brought you to consult a nutritionist. She approaches this as an informal chat about your current health issues and basic diet and answers your questions. The aim is for her to see if she can help you. If so, then she can advise you of the next stage and also book you in (should you decide to go ahead). Kirsten will telephone you at the time you have booked. Cancellation Policy

Life happens, but if you do need to cancel your 30 min Free Chat then please endeavour to do it 24 hours in advance, so that it may be offered to someone else. Please note in contrast, there is a strict cancellation policy for the actual Nutritional Consultations and Follow-Ups; 48 hours notice is required.
