Life happens, but if you do need to cancel your 15 min Chat then please endeavour to do it 24 hours in advance, so that it may be offered to someone else.
Please note in contrast, there is a strict cancellation policy for the actual Nutritional Consultations and Follow-Ups; 48 hours notice is required.
